Catalyst was built because our community needed something better.
A serious, structured athletic development program for youth focused on standards, progression, and doing things the right way.
I saw a gap in Sarnia-Lambton. As athletes get older, many are forced to travel, or even leave our area to find quality training. That shouldn’t be the reality. Catalyst was created to change that.
This is a program designed to help young athletes build: strength, speed, confidence, discipline, and resilience
so they can succeed in sport and in life.
Every session has a purpose. We use developmentally appropriate training to build
complete athletes through:
strength, speed, coordination, work capacity, movement quality, and
mindset. Obstacles are still used but as tools within a complete system, not the system
itself.

Catalyst is not a drop-in activity. It is not child-minding. It is not built around entertainment.
It is a training environment for athletes and families who value: effort, discipline, consistency, and growth.
And yes done right, hard work is fun.
