Holidays & Scheduled Closures

Catalyst operates on a structured monthly membership model rather than a per-session model.

As such, statutory holidays and pre-scheduled closures are built into the yearly calendar and reflected in pricing.

👉 Membership rates remain the same regardless of holidays or occasional closures.

Advance notice will always be provided for any scheduled closures.


Unplanned Closures (Illness / Emergencies)

In the event that a session must be cancelled due to:

  • Coach illness
  • Facility issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Catalyst will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide advance notice whenever possible
  • Offer a make-up session when scheduling allows

However:

👉 Make-up sessions are not guaranteed


Missed Sessions (Athlete Absence)

Due to the structured nature of the program:

  • Missed sessions do not carry over
  • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed
  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes

This ensures consistency, fairness, and program integrity across all athletes.


Severe Weather Policy

In cases of severe weather:

  • Sessions may be cancelled for safety
  • Notice will be provided as early as possible

👉 These cancellations are treated the same as other closures
(no guaranteed make-ups or credits)


Why This Policy Exists

Catalyst is a coaching-based training program, not a drop-in or pay-per-visit facility.

Your membership secures:

  • A reserved training spot
  • Coaching time and program design
  • Access to a structured development system

Not individual sessions.

 

Consistency is a key part of long-term development.

We encourage all athletes to attend regularly and commit to the training process to get the most out of the program.
