Catalyst is not a drop-in program.
It’s a structured training environment built for athletes and individuals who are ready to commit to real development. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
Before committing, it’s important to understand how Catalyst operates.
All sessions are coach-led and follow a defined system focused on long-term athletic development.
Athletes are encouraged to train 2x per week to get maximum benefits from the program, with an optional third training day for those who want more.
Group sizes are intentionally capped to maintain coaching quality and results.
Catalyst is a structured, coach-led training environment designed for athletes who are ready to learn, participate, and improve. To help ensure the best experience for everyone involved, the first month of all youth memberships is considered a trial/probationary period. This allows athletes, families, and coaches to determine whether Catalyst is the right fit for long-term success.
