Our schedule is designed for consistency, progression, and results.
Athletes are encouraged to train 2x per week with an optional third day for those who want more.
Catalyst now uses StudioDash, giving athletes and families greater flexibility when scheduling training sessions.
Rather than being locked into fixed recurring days, athletes can book available sessions within their membership level using the StudioDash platform or mobile app.
This allows families to better accommodate:

Athletes are no longer restricted to the same recurring weekly session times.
Families can choose from available sessions within their athlete’s program level, helping support busy schedules while still maintaining consistency in training.
Catalyst is structured athletic development — not drop-in fitness and not drop-in play.
We expect athletes to:
